Your Gift is Tax Deductible.
Do you believe in the work of The Council? If so, The Council's planned giving program is a way for you to leave a lasting impression on the work we do for our community. The planned giving program involves integrating a donor's charitable gift into his or her overall financial, tax and estate planning objectives so as to maximize the benefits to both the donor and The Council.
Making a donation by way of will, charitable remainder trust, charitable lead trust, retirement plan assets or life insurance provides a legacy to sustain The Council's programs and services for years to come. We highly recommend that donors consult with their own tax or legal advisors prior to making a planned gift.
If you would like to speak with someone on our staff about planned giving or making a donation, please contact: Chuck Wade (404) 223-2277.
If you wish to make a gift in memory of someone, The Council will send a card to the recipient acknowledging your thoughtful donation. If you wish, you may add a personalized message to the card. You will also receive a card to confirm that your donation has been received and that a gift card has been sent.
If you wish to make a donation to The Council on Alcohol and Drugs, simply fill out the online form with the following: your name, address, and credit card information.
