Membership Cancellation Policy

We offer a full prorated refund on any membership fees if not completely satisfied.  Annual membership refund will be prorated depending on how many months have passed.  No refunds for past memberships are permitted.  You must contact Leanne Mulherin at (404) 223-2482 or email her at lmulherin@livedrugfree.org to request cancellation of your membership.

Every effort will be made to resolve all problems with drug testing kits sales or membership.  Please contact Leanne Mulherin if you are not completely satisfied.

Warranty Policy

Shipping Costs
Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer.  All replacement products are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer.

Warranty Procedure
All drug testing kits are warranted to be free of defect by the manufacturer.  We will replace any defective kits.
